Terms & Conditions
SHARING IS CARING:
It would be great if you please share the news about Kids Art Club with your children's friends' parents on any social media or parent WhatsApp groups you may be part of. Word of mouth really does help, and we would very much appreciate it.
Behaviour:
To ensure ALL the children enjoy their time at the Art Club, we need to provide a safe and caring environment. In order to facilitate this, staff will positively manage children's behaviour in a way that is fair, consistent and appropriate to the child's age, understanding and stage of development. If a child is believed to be acting in an unsuitable or disruptive manner, this will be communicated to you (parents/carers) about the nature of the incident and action taken. We would like to thank you in advance for your support in this matter.

Kids ART Clubs REFUND POLICY:
We understand that plans change, so please review the following information before registering so you're aware of your commitment to Kids Art Clubs.
We use bookings to predict whether a Holiday Art Club or after school club will happen or not, so last-minute student cancellations can impact other students enrolled in the session as well as our facilitators who are planning to teach.
Therefore please note that payments are non-refundable including if your child is unwell (unless stated below).
We've created the policies below to be fair to everyone involved.
COVID 19:
If we suspect that a member of our team (pupil or staff) is showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19 our responsibility is to immediately isolate the individual and arrange immediate collection of them from the premises.
